About my name!

My name is Judith, though i prefer Judy. I never really knew what my name meant. Judith comes from a city in Israel. Judea. I know for sure that my parents didn't name me Judith because of that though. I was named after my great grandmother. Before I was born, my parents wanted to name me Elizabeth but instead went for Judith. Most people call me Judy, of course.

When I hear my name, it means to go outside and put my volleyball away. Other times it means to put my plates in the sink. When I'm around my friends, its usually followed by a pointing finger at the pencil i dropped, or a joke they wanted me to hear, and my favorite, some words of wisdom.
